Java user fails to compile on 64-bit Windows.

Problem detail:

am getting
Error: Java VM internal error:Error Loading javai.dll. on 64-bit Windows 7 when compiling an empty Java Vuser script.
It works fine with the same JVM version 1.6.0_24 on 32 bit Windows XP machine.
I am using LoadRunner 11 and tried multiple version of JVM (1.6 and higher), and multiple PATH and ClASSPATH settings. None of them worked on 64-bit Windows. I also tried both 32-bit and 64-bit JVMs and both Internal and external settings for JVM detection. I applied all settings defined in LoadRunner Java Environmental Requirements. My problem is similar to one described in KM203601, but it is specific to 64-bit Windows and JVM 1.6 and 1.7.

Problem Solution:   Is 1.6.0_20 (32 bit) the highest supported JVM version for Java script playback?
No, we suggest use this because we used like base on us environment but version 1.6.0_26 are support too.

What about 64-bit JVMs?
This is NOT support at all. We only support 32-bit app.

I need to know what HP supports for Java script playback on 64-bit Windows so I can setup my environments to be the same. I am currently using 1.6.0_26 Sun JVM and I need to know if this configuration supported or not on 64-bit windows.

Yes, is support in a 64 bits OS, but remember that the 1.6.0_26 Sun JVM need to be for 32-bits.
