Unable to record Citrix application

Problem Details:- When we are trying to record the citrix application using vugen we are not able to record this application,we are using the IE version as 8 and citrix version as 11.When we are recording the VUGEN Is closing itself in one machine and in other machine when we are recording the IE is not opening and even if it opens its not able to connect to citrix through recording, on the other hand in both the machines we are able to follow our application flow manually wihtout any issues.we are getting this issue only when we are trying to record the application.

Problem Solution:-  1. The issue seems to be related to the memory.
On machine 157, the scenario can run max 22 vusers, ( the target goal is 25 vusers),
we noticed that the free memeory is 16MB, then the vusers # failed to increase.
and shows error msg:
Abnormal termination, caused by mdrv process termination

2) We tried to run the controller on machine 163, use machine 157 as Load Generator,
but we also see the error message:
Abnormal termination, caused by mdrv process termination

3) we tried to change the reg value to make the windows can take more resource from the machine
but still failed, actually, it makes things worse,
only few vusers can be in run status, and most of vusers failed.
