Installing LR9.52 issue

Problem Details:- Scripts are failing while replaying the scripts in Vugen

Problem Solution:-  As discussed, the issue which was reported in this case was resolved. But the Vugen is crashing while generating code with WinLNet Level data option in Port mapping/Capture level setting.


Even we have implemented solution provided in the KD (HP Software Knowledge Document KM895215) for Vugen crash but the issue has not resolved.

 

Please install the two service packs on top of VuGen 9.50

Then delete the file Vugen.ini and disable completely the DEP:

Open VuGen and try to reproduce the issue. If the error still occurs, please confirm the operating system you are using (Version, SP level, 32-64bit) and the version of the Antivirus and Firewall installed. Are local administrator or domain administrator of the machine?

In addition, record a short video recording of the issue and use Process Explorer to get a list of the DLLs loaded before and after the crash:
