Problem Details:- LR 11,0

Problem Solution:-  If the Vugen machine is on a Windows 2008 server or Windows 7 operating system. Could you please first disable UAC and DEP?

1-Log on in the machine using a local admin account
2- To turn off UAC
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
In Control Panel, click User Accounts.
In the User Accounts window, click User Accounts.
In the User Accounts tasks window, click Turn User Account Control on or off.
If UAC is currently configured in Admin Approval Mode, the User Account Control message appears. Click Continue.
Clear the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer check box, and then click OK.
Click Restart Now to apply the change right away, or click Restart Later and close the User Accounts tasks window.

3-Disable DEP
1. Open a Elevated Command Prompt
i. Open the Start Menu
ii. Click All Programs and Accessories
iii. Right click on Command Prompt and click Run as Administrator
iv. Click on Continue
2. To Disable DEP
i. In the Elevated Command Prompt, type:
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
ii. Restart the computer to apply

Could you please first install Patch 3 for LoadRunner? This is a newly released mandatory patch. Please let me know if you are using Vugen standalone version or a full install of LoadRunner and I will send you the link to download it.

Please let me know the results after you applied the patch and disabled DEP and UAC.
Question:-  Could you please confirm the following in your environment?

1, What is the firefox version launched from vugen? Please go to <LoadRunner install directory>/bin/firefox. Right click on firefox.exe and go to properties > Details tab and let me know the product version.

2, Do you have another Vugen machine available and see if it crashes on TruClient replay?

3, Please turn on all extended logs in Run Time Settings (RTS) for replay:

1. RTS -> Log -> Enable all options under extended log option.
2. RTS -> Log -> Internal Support Options -> Support Option 3 -> Set the value as mdrv.
3. Click OK to save the RTS.
Replay script in Interactive Mode (from firefox) – Let FireFox crash.
Save the script and get the zipped script folder as well.

4, Does the script reply in load mode (replay from within Vugen without firefox) ? - If it replays, please replay with all ext logs enabled. Save the script and get the zipped script folder as well.

To answer your questions:
